Join us as a Python Developer specializing in test automation and make a significant impact on our software development process!Your Role : As a Python Developer - Test Automation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. You will develop and maintain automated test suites, design BDD frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into effective test plans. Your expertise will help us optimize our testing processes, mentor junior engineers, and integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines.Key Responsibilities : Automated Testing Excellence : - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.- Ensure comprehensive test coverage and reliability of our software products.Innovative Framework Design : - Design and implement BDD frameworks for creating readable and maintainable test scripts.- Continuously enhance and optimize our existing automation framework.Collaboration and Communication : - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and translate product features and requirements into detailed test plans.- Identify, document, and track bugs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution.Continuous Improvement and Mentorship : - Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.- Mentor junior QA automation engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.CI/CD Integration : - Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and delivery.- Stay updated with emerging trends in software testing and introduce new tools and technologies.Detailed Reporting : - Provide comprehensive reports and analysis on test results.- Ensure visibility into the quality of the software through effective communication.What We're Looking For : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Experience : - 5- 8 yrs proven experience in software test automation using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.- Experience in designing and implementing BDD frameworks.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing methodologies.- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.Skills : - Proficiency in Python programming.- Solid understanding of web technologies and web application testing.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.- Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're excited about this opportunity and meet the qualifications, we'd love to hear from you!
