Right Move is seeking a highly skilled Sr.Tech Java Developer to join our growing team in Pune! This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer with a strong understanding of modern Java technologies and cloud concepts. In this permanent, hybrid role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable software solutions.Responsibilities :- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and reusable Java code using Java 8 and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.- Design and implement RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.- Possess strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.- Leverage Spring and Spring Boot frameworks to build microservices-based applications.- Apply knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns to develop well-structured and maintainable code.- Write unit tests, conduct mocking and spying practices, and perform integration testing using frameworks like Karate and Cucumber.- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.- Be familiar with containerization technologies like Docker for efficient application packaging and deployment.- Possess a basic understanding of orchestration platforms like Kubernetes and Istio for managing containerized applications.- Grasp key concepts of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.- Maintain a working knowledge of cloud platforms and their capabilities.Skills :- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Java developer.- Proven track record of successfully designing, developing, and deploying Java applications.- In-depth knowledge of Java 8 features and OOP concepts.- Experience with REST API design and development.- Proficiency with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, Mockito) and BDD frameworks (e.g., Karate, Cucumber).- Experience with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming.- Basic understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Istio) (a plus).- Awareness of CI/CD concepts.- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (a plus).
