Description:
Job Description : This is an independent contributor role working in a dynamic team to lead the business requirements for technical implementation working closely with the Product Owner.1. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming a project team; establishing project budget2. Support the product team to understand the customers needs and translate them into product requirements. By conducting financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments3. Identify data sources, specify logic to fetch data. Manipulate, transform and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from such sources and recommend actions4. Develop elaborated requirements and document the same as User-stories or FRD (Functional Requirement Design), define scope, produce technical documents - test scenarios, wireframes/mock-ups, support sales with product demonstrations, case studies5. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders6. Validates resource requirements and develops cost estimate models7. Support the Product & Engineering in planning, executing and driving the roadmap for our platform8. Monitor progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports9. Work with the Solutions Architect team to spec out acceptance criteria for pilots and proof of concepts10. Conduct validation testing and ensure quality product releases11. Effectively communicate issues and progress of development activities to internal and external stakeholders12. Work with various internal teams (technology, design, marketing, finance etc.) to manage operational issues such as fulfillment and customer conversions13. Work with partner systems to capture interfacing requirements at granular levels14. Plan and coordinate the development of primary and secondary market research studies in support of strategic planning and specific marketing initiatives, as required and presents findings of studies to product committees (ref:hirist.tech)
