Experience : 10 yrs min Notice period : Immediate or 1 month.Job Description : Sr. Consultant SAP SuccessFactors EC. Responsibilities :- Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules ensuring alignment with business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SuccessFactors with S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.- Provide expertise in designing, developing, and deploying solutions related to Employee Central.- Strong knowledge of Employee Central Foundation Objects, legacy objects and their configuration.- Good knowledge of MDFs and able to configure custom MDFs to cater Business requirements.- Able to write complex Business rules based on Business requirement in Employee Central.- Position Management settings and its integration with other modules is mandatory.- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and recommend best practices for system optimization.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create functional specifications, and conduct testing to ensure successful solution deployment.- Develop and execute test plans; prepare and update user manuals and training materials; and provide end-user training and support during and after the implementation phase.- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.- Payroll to contribute to continuous improvement.Qualifications : Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.Experience :- Minimum 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors EC implementation and configuration.- Integration of SAP SuccessFactors EC with S/4HANA Payroll.- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM and S/4HANA Payroll functionalities and Globalization and Localization.- Data migration and system optimization.- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Excellent project management skills.Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
