Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead .NET Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a robust background in .NET development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end application development. This role requires a deep understanding of web development, database management, and proficiency in multiple programming languages. Candidates with the ability to speak French will be given additional consideration.Key Responsibilities :- Requirement Analysis: Analyze and understand project requirements to propose appropriate solutions.- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to gather requirements, present solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.- Web Development: Develop and maintain web applications using .NET, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and Python.- Database Management: Design, implement, and manage databases using MS SQL Server.- Application Design: Architect and design applications to meet technical specifications and business needs.- Coding: Perform coding tasks to written technical specifications, ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.- Implementation Validation: Validate the implementation to ensure it meets the specified requirements.- Self-Testing: Conduct unit testing and integration testing to ensure code quality and functionality.- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of developers, providing guidance and ensuring project milestones are met.- Customer Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.Key Skills :- .NET Development: Expertise in .NET development for both web and standalone applications.- C#: Proficiency in C# programming.- MS SQL Server: Strong knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server.- Python Programming: Ability to develop and integrate applications using Python.- JavaScript Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks for web development.- Database Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of database design, implementation, and management.- Reporting and Management: Experience with reporting tools and management of reporting systems.- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Self-Testing: Proficient in self-testing (unit and integration testing) to ensure code quality.- French Speaking: Ability to speak French is a plus, but not mandatory.Qualifications :- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional Experience: Proven experience as a .NET Developer with team leading responsibilities.- Immediate Availability: Ability to join within 30 days or close to 30 days.Additional Requirements :Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate a team of developers.Problem-Solving Attitude : Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.Attention to Detail : Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
