Description:
We are looking for a Program ManagerLocation : KochiJob Description :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management and Agile coaching.- Strong knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to influence and build consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), or equivalent.- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, etc.).- Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management plans.- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates on project status- Promote and implement Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) across teams to improve efficiency and product delivery.- Mentor and coach teams on Agile principles, practices, and frameworks to enhance their Agile maturity.- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.- Identify and address impediments that hinder team productivity and progress.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging teams to experiment, learn, and adapt.- Collaborate with leadership to align Agile initiatives with business objectives and strategies (ref:hirist.tech)
