Job Description :Lead and participate in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks_x000D_ Develop project deliverables proof-of-concepts and pilot new technologies_x000D_ Ensures quality code delivery from the team members and vendors including code review verification against best practice and quality testing.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks within the organization. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical needs and opportunities for innovation. - Develop project deliverables, including proof-of-concepts and prototypes, to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new technologies. - Pilot new technologies to assess their suitability for integration into existing systems or development of new solutions. - Provide guidance and mentorship to team members and vendors to ensure the quality delivery of code. - Conduct code reviews to verify compliance with coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines. - Perform quality testing to identify and address any defects or issues in the codebase. - Work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. - Act as a technical leader and advocate for innovation and quality within the organization.Skills : - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for front-end development. - Proficiency in using Sitecore Developer Tools, such as Sitecore Rocks, Sitecore CLI, - Strong programming skills in ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Framework. - Proficiency in Sitecore CMS architecture, features, and functionalities.- Hands-on experience in developing and customizing Sitecore-based solutions.
