Job Description : - Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with 12+ years of experience focused primarily in P&C Insurance segment- Experience of implementing multiple AI/ ML projects end to end from conceptualization to production deployment- Strong technical understanding of data science, machine learning, analytical methodologies and tools with hands on experience of when to use what and adapting to client's unique needs and scale- Demonstrable track record in leading large, complex data science and analytics projects which drive tangible, significant business gains in P&C insurance domain- Someone who knows how to frame business problems, help data scientists abstract that business problem into a technical structure they can model, coach them to explain their results to business leaders, considers usability and deployment, and develop careers.- Proven project management and delivery expertise- A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modelling- Versatility with developing products on multiple technology stacks that get delivered in traditional data centers, public clouds, and private clouds.- Polished verbal and written communication style. - Ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the client- Well versed with latest technology trends preferably in Insurance technology space (ref:hirist.tech)
