Overview :We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Functional Consultant specializing in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) with extensive expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Logistics, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry. The candidate will play a critical role as a senior Functional Architect for our SAP programs, guiding the design, configuration, and support of SAP landscapes.Key Responsibilities :- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive SAP Logistics solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and strategic goals.- SAP SD Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the SAP SD module to design, configure, and support SAP landscapes, focusing on Sales Processes, Intercompany Transactions, 3PL Logistics, and Toll Manufacturing transactions.- Implementation Leadership: Act as a Functional Lead in SD for SAP implementation projects, including conducting workshops, designing solutions, testing, data migration, and managing hyper care cutover activities.- Cross-functional Integration: Ensure seamless integration between SAP SD and other modules such as MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and TM (Transport Management).- Industry Best Practices: Apply best practices in Logistics and SAP SD processes, leveraging extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry.- S/4HANA Expertise: Lead at least two end-to-end implementation projects in S/4HANA, demonstrating strong knowledge in S/4HANA simplifications in logistics areas.Required Skills and Experience :- Experience: Minimum of 15 years in SAP SD with a proven track record as a Solution Architect in Logistics.- End-to-End Implementation: Extensive experience in end-to-end implementation projects, particularly in S/4HANA.- Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration aspects with other SAP modules (MM, WM, and SD).- Logistics Knowledge: Broad functional knowledge in the Logistics domain, including Procurement, Warehouse Management, and Transport Management.- Pharma Industry Experience: Proven experience within the pharmaceutical industry, understanding specific industry requirements and regulations.- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively conduct workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder engagements.- Technical Proficiency: In-depth technical knowledge in SAP SD and related Logistics processes and best practices.Preferred Qualifications :- Certifications: SAP SD and S/4HANA certifications.- Project Management: Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.- Advanced Tools: Familiarity with advanced SAP tools and technologies, such as SAP Fiori and SAP Leonardo.
