Description:

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.  Determine project objectives by involving all relevant stake holders and submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards and technical feasibility.  Coordinate cross discipline team member and third parties/vendors/Clients for the flawless execution of multiple projects.  Report and escalate to management as needed.  Predict and manage resources needed to reach the goal.  Prepare project budget as per the scope and track the cost.  Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan  Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.  Perform other related duties as assigned.  Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.  Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.  Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.  Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies. Skill set:  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Problem Solving and leadership skills  Contract negotiation  Conflict resolution  Proficiency in project management software tools like, Zoho project, ERP next  Process Improvement  Planning  Staffing  Supervision  Analytical Skills  Familiar with electrical terminology. Behavioral Skills:  Dedicated to work  Leadership  Mentor  Self motivated Technical Competencies:  Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Power point  Can read and understand the engineering drawing.  Have knowledge of electrical project execution.  PMP Certification  Familiar with solar projects  Familiar with project management terminology.  Cost management and can select /offer cost effective solution.  RBS, WBS, Project Network diagram  Finance management for Procure to payment process
