Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a proven track record of implementing and managing SAP FICO projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of financial processes and the ability to customize SAP FICO to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities :- Implementation and Configuration : Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects, including configuring the SAP system to meet business requirements.- Process Improvement : Analyze and improve financial processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.- Integration : Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.- Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP FICO module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.- User Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP FICO.- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.- Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through robust system configuration and process design.- Reporting : Design and generate financial reports using SAP tools, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and updates, continuously improving skills and system capabilities.Required Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience : 5 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.Technical Skills :- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization.- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.- Proficiency in data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation.- Knowledge of SAP reporting tools such as SAP Query, Report Painter, and ABAP reports.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :- SAP certification in FICO module.- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.- Prior experience in managing or leading SAP projects.
