We are looking for someone who comes with heavy backend experience using NodeJs.Responsibilities : - Hire and mentor a team of high-calibre front-end and Backend engineers - Design and develop new user-facing full-stack applications. - Building reusable components and front-end, backend libraries for future use - Optimizing pages for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers - Optimize Backend to high scale.SkillSet :- 6+ years of experience in software development with minimum 1 year as a tech lead. - Experience in NodeJS, ReactJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, Microservices - Deep understanding of at least one of React JS / Vue JS and its core principles - Deep understanding of NodeJS. - Experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm. - Familiarity with at least one code versioning tools such as Git, SVN etc. - Good understanding of quality JavaScript code (Object oriented and commonly used design patterns)- Capable of debugging complex issues in JavaScript - Experience in building complex single page applications with front end and backend (ref:hirist.tech)
