The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, with extensive experience in agile methodologies, particularly within Scrum and Sprint cycles using tools like JIRA. This role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with clients and internal stakeholders effectively.Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies encompassing both manual and automated testing approaches.- Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools and frameworks.- Collaborate closely with development teams to drive test automation and integrate it into the CI/CD pipeline.- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to ensure QA tasks are well-defined and executed efficiently.- Manage and prioritize QA activities based on project timelines and resource availability.- Actively engage with clients to understand requirements, provide updates on testing progress, and address any concerns or issues promptly.- Continuously improve QA processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience (5+ years) in software quality assurance, with a focus on manual and automated testing.- Strong proficiency in test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar.- In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in fast-paced sprint cycles.- Proficiency in using JIRA or similar tools for managing agile projects and tasks.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.- Experience leading or mentoring a team of QA engineers is highly desirable.- Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and adapt to evolving project requirements.
