We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SCM Consultant with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, with a proven track record of implementing and supporting SAP SCM solutions. This role requires expertise in SAP SCM processes, configuration, and integration to optimize supply chain operations and drive business efficiency.Key Responsibilities : Implementation : Lead and participate in SAP SCM implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Module Expertise : Provide expertise in SAP SCM modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO).Configuration : Configure SAP SCM modules to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.Integration : Integrate SAP SCM with other SAP modules (e.g. SD, FI/CO) and external systems to streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.Customization : Customize standard SAP SCM functionalities to address specific business needs, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.Data Management : Manage master data and transactional data in SAP SCM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SCM systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.Training : Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP SCM functionalities.Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP SCM configurations, processes, and procedures.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP SCM trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and processes to drive business value.Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.Experience : 4 to 7 years of professional experience in SAP SCM implementation and support.Technical Skills : - In-depth knowledge of SAP SCM modules such as MM, PP, WM, and APO.- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.- Experience with SAP SCM configuration and customization.- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and tools.- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments.- Proficiency in data management and analysis.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
