Job Title: Technical Project CoordinatorExperience : Minimum 5 years in Project ManagementJob Description: We are seeking a dedicated Technical Project Coordinator to oversee project planning from client requirement gathering to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of project execution effectively.Responsibilities :- Expertise in Project Management, including Planning, Monitoring, Control, Quality Initiation, and Lifecycle Management- Lead, manage, and coordinate with the team to ensure project success- Define project scope and objectives clearly- Forecast and manage resources efficiently to meet project objectives- Prepare and manage project budgets based on scope and resource requirements- Track and control project costs to ensure budget adherence- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan- Create, track, and publish project reports (e.g., status reports, open items, change logs, risk logs) to keep stakeholders informed- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing consistent project updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress- Translate customer requirements into actionable delivery instructions, procedures, and agreements- Address and resolve escalations with urgency and determination- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers, ensuring clear communication of expected deliverables- Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery- Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement- Generate revenue and secure repeat business from existing clients- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, or similarQualifications & Skills :- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the IT sector- Proven experience managing web and mobile application projects from inception to completion- Exceptional communication skills, with experience handling international clients (e.g., US, UK)- Demonstrated ability to complete projects according to scope, budget, and timeline- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Basecamp, Asana, Trello)- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly resourceful and organized- Ability to make informed decisions based on accurate information- Team player with strong team-building skills- Self-managing with a high level of accountability for project development and delivery- Preferred certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CSM)- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldJoin our team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects while fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
