We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow FSM (Field Service Management) Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform implementation and customization, specifically in Field Service Management. This role requires expertise in configuring, developing, and supporting FSM solutions to enhance service delivery and field operations.Key Responsibilities : Implementation : Lead and participate in the implementation of ServiceNow FSM projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.Configuration : Configure ServiceNow FSM modules, workflows, and forms to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.Customization : Develop custom scripts, business rules, and client scripts to extend and enhance the functionality of ServiceNow FSM.Integration : Integrate ServiceNow FSM with other ServiceNow modules (such as Incident, Problem, Change Management) and external systems to support end-to-end field service processes.User Training : Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of ServiceNow FSM functionalities.Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow FSM systems, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed.Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of ServiceNow FSM configurations, processes, and procedures.Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions and support business objectives.Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow FSM features and best practices, continuously improving skills and processes to drive business value.Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience : 3 to 6 years of professional experience in ServiceNow platform implementation and support, with a focus on FSM.Technical Skills : - Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and FSM module configuration and customization.- Strong understanding of field service management processes and best practices.- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow development tools.- Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) processes and ServiceNow ITSM modules.- Familiarity with integration techniques, including REST/SOAP APIs and data import/export.Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
