Job description : Position Summary : We are looking for a Finance FICO-S/4HANA Functional Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The selected individual will lead the implementation, customization, and integration of the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system and provide end-user support. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, have a deep understanding of the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system, and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders.Skills and Qualifications : .- 5 to 10 years of experience working with the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system.- In-depth knowledge of SAP configuration and development.- Strong understanding of the business processes and data flows.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities : .- Support the SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting solutions to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.- Fit/Gap Analysis and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.- Gather user requirements and define functional specifications.- Develop and configure system solutions to meet user requirements.- Expertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) Integration of Finance and other SAP solutions.- Work closely with internal/client team for all project phases and support all requirements and queries in RTR area.- Integrate the Finance FICO-S/4HANA system with other business systems.- Test and validate system functionality to ensure system functionality meets user requirements.- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot system issues.- Prepare comprehensive system documentation.- Monitor and maintain system performance.
