About the job :Staff4Me is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Developer to join our team. As a Senior MERN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express. js, React.js, Node.js).You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions that meet our clients' requirements.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and analyze project requirements- Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack- Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and reliability- Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure the quality and functionality of the web applications- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in MERN stack development- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflowsRequirements :- 5+ years of experience as a MERN Developer or similar role- Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js- Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) is a plus- Proficient understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less)- Experience with RESTful API development and integration- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and code deployment processes- Understanding of web development best practices and design patterns- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills- Strong communication and collaboration skills (ref:hirist.tech)
