About the job :Staff4Me is currently seeking a skilled and motivated SQL Developer to join our team. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing SQL databases and queries.You will collaborate with our cross-functional team to ensure efficient and reliable data storage and retrieval.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze database requirements- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation- Debug and resolve database performance and integrity issues- Create and maintain scripts for database backup, restore, and migration- Implement and enforce database security best practices- Conduct database performance tuning and optimization- Maintain database documentation and data dictionaries- Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies, trends, and best practicesRequirements :- 2+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts- Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle- Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures- Good understanding of database performance tuning and optimization techniques- Familiarity with database security and backup protocols- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (ref:hirist.tech)
