Description:
Key Responsibilities :- Design, architect, and develop end-to-end data solutions on the Azure Stack platform.- Implement and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, and other relevant Azure services.- Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Perform advanced data modeling, data profiling, and data quality assessments to ensure accurate and reliable data.- Optimize data processing workflows for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.- Implement data governance, data security, and compliance practices in line with industry standards and regulations.- Monitor and troubleshoot data solutions, identify and resolve issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure data availability and reliability.- Mentor and guide junior data engineers, providing technical leadership, and contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering practices.Additional Responsibilities :- Interact with all stakeholders across various business and IT functions, as well as implementation partners.- Create a data culture and promote data awareness within the organization by implementing centralized data Lakehouse and Data Warehouse solutions.Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing data solutions on the Azure Stack platform.- Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.- Strong understanding of data modeling, data profiling, and data quality assessment techniques.- Solid knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data-related issues.- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
