Role Description : - This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Support Administrator at Pharma MNC located in Aurangabad. - The IT Support Administrator will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and system administration.- Candidate should be Graduate with certification of CCNA, CCNP, MCSA having 6-9 yrs.- Experience of IT Department from API Industry. - Work with business as a POC for Lab/Ops projects that have an IT impact. - Patching & Basic hardware support for computers. - Create/assist and maintain patching program for validated. - Ensure equipment is up to date from compliance perspective and assist business with transition if required.- Assist with basic computer troubleshooting. - Use defined standards when assisting with implementing solutions. - Network Connectivity/Security. - Data Integrity/Backup & Restore. - Primary POC for backup and restoration of lab/ops equipment. - 3rd Party & Supplier Risk Assessment. - Track wise use should be limited assigned tasks to perform and assist with.- Maintain IQ for system installation, business will be responsible for OQ and PQ portions.- Provide hands on support where needed and assist/lead with projects as assigned.- Assist with enabling equipment to be put on the network behind correct firewall. - Maintaining CMDB with new and existing items. - Proper process for approved software installation. - Project support.Qualifications : - Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills. - Experience in Information Technology. - Network Administration and System Administration skills. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field.
