Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires proficiency in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.Key Responsibilities :- Data Analysis : Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.- Reporting : Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.- Data Management : Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing and maintaining robust data management practices.- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, product, and engineering, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.- Statistical Analysis : Apply statistical techniques to analyze data, identify correlations, and predict future trends.- Automation : Automate repetitive data analysis tasks using scripts and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.- Documentation : Document methodologies, processes, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.- Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis and visualization.Required Qualifications :- Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.- Experience : 3 to 5 years of professional experience in data analysis.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.- Experience with database management systems and data warehousing solutions.- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications is a plus.Soft Skills :- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.- (ref:hirist.tech)
