Job Overview :- We are seeking a highly motivated RPA Developer with a strong interest in RPA technology, specifically using UiPath and/or Power Automate. - The ideal candidate should possess good design concepts, hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages like Python, and have experience working on software development projects. - This role demands a positive mindset, hands-on delivery experience, and a solution-oriented approach, with the ability to quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and domains.Responsibilities :RPA Development :- Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.- Utilize UiPath building blocks including Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Activities, Libraries, and Custom Activities.- Implement RPA projects using UiPath ReFramework and Orchestrator Queue.- Leverage advanced features of Power Automate to automate complex business processes and workflows, including Desktop flows and Cloud Flows.- Ensure RPA solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for performance, security, and reliability.Programming and Scripting :- Apply basic programming skills such as variables, arrays, lists, dictionaries, queues, and functions.- Develop custom activities and integrate with various applications using .- Net Framework and other relevant technologies.Database Management :- Use SQL for relational database querying and ensure seamless integration with RPA solutions.Project Management :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Ensure timely delivery of RPA projects with high standards of quality and efficiency.- Continuously monitor and maintain existing RPA solutions, providing support and enhancements as needed.Innovation and Continuous Learning :- Stay updated with the latest advancements in RPA technologies and best practices.- Demonstrate passion for innovation and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.Mandatory Technical Skills :RPA Tools :- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with UiPath and/or Power Automate.- Proficiency in UiPath components such as Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, Activities, Libraries, and Custom Activities.- Experience with UiPath ReFramework and Orchestrator Queue.- Advanced usage of Power Automate features to automate complex processes.Software Development :- Experience in software development using the .Net Framework.- Proficiency in SQL for relational database management and querying.- Understanding and ability to create custom activities.Optional Skills :- Experience with ERP applications such as SAP or Oracle Apps.- Familiarity with IT ticketing applications like ServiceNow or Remedy.- Knowledge of additional programming languages such as C#, Python, or Core Java.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional certifications in RPA technologies (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional) are a plus.- Proven track record of developing and supporting enterprise-grade RPA solutions.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a challenging team environment.- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
