Job Overview:We are seeking a Migration Support Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to provide technical support and resolve issues during system migrations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows endpoint support and troubleshooting, with a preferred background in using Intune and Windows Autopilot. This role involves collecting project issue details, performing initial troubleshooting, resolving issues, and ensuring user satisfaction.Responsibilities:Issue Collection and Troubleshooting:- Collect details of issues encountered during migration projects.- Perform initial troubleshooting to diagnose problems.Issue Resolution:- Resolve Level 1 migration issues promptly.- Verify that the user is satisfied with the resolution.Documentation and Reporting:- Document issues and their resolutions for future reference.- Report recurring issues to the Migration Support Lead for further analysis and escalation.Must-Have Skills:Windows Endpoint Support:- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 endpoints.Customer Technical Support:- Proven experience in providing technical support to customers.Preferred Skills:Intune:- Experience with Intune for device management and support.Windows Autopilot:- Experience with Windows Autopilot for deploying and configuring devices.Personal Attributes:- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
