We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in technical project management, with a strong background in Java and agile methodologies. Experience in the banking domain and managing fixed price projects is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:- Lead end-to-end management of services projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.- Oversee all phases of project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.- Manage fixed price projects, ensuring cost-efficiency and meeting project financial goals.Team Leadership:- Direct and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Coordinate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.Technical Expertise:- Utilize your strong Java background to provide technical guidance and support to project teams.- Ensure technical solutions meet the requirements and quality standards.Agile Methodologies:- Implement and promote agile practices within the project teams.- Conduct regular scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.Banking Domain:- Leverage your experience in the banking domain to understand and address industry-specific challenges.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Requirements:Experience:- Over 15 years of experience in technical project management.- At least 5+ years of experience in managing projects using agile methodologies.- Proven experience in handling end-to-end managed services projects.- Strong background in Java programming and related technologies.- Experience in managing fixed-price projects is mandatory.Skills:- Excellent leadership and team management skills.- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in project management tools and software.- In-depth knowledge of the banking domain (preferred).
