Our team consists of generalist engineers who work on building modern websites (SPA & Isomorphic), mobile apps for Android & iOS, REST APIs and servers, internal tools, and infrastructure for all our users.About Team : Founders :TranZact was started by 3 guys and we have built an awesome team along the way.- Sharad Sen Sharma (Product) - IIT KGP (2010), IIMA (2015), ex - Barclays, McKinsey- Ritesh Kumar (Business) - IIT KGP (2011), ex Everstone, Ambit- Rohan Sen Sharma (Technology) - BITS Pilani (2013), ex - Oracle, CubitoJob Description :Key Responsibilities : - Design and architect high-throughput, robust applications.- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) documents that detail system architecture, data flow, and component interactions.- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance in all design decisions.- Handle and monitor systems infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Implement best practices for cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.- Mentor and guide junior to mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Provide technical leadership and direction, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company goals.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications : Experience : - 6-8 years of total experience in software development and architecture.- Proven track record as a founding engineer or in a similar role within an early-stage startup that has undergone multiple funding rounds.Technical Skills : - Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.- Strong background in writing and designing robust, high-throughput applications.- In-depth knowledge of one or more web application frameworks like Django, Node.js, or Spring.Architectural Skills : - Experience in creating and breaking down systems into High-Level Design (HLD)documents.- Solid understanding of system architecture, data flow, and component interactions.Leadership and Mentorship : - Experience in mentoring and guiding junior to mid-level engineers.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
