Responsibilities :Active Directory and Exchange Management :- Perform authoritative and non-authoritative restores of the entire directory, subtree, or leaf objects.- Plan, prepare, install, and decommission Active Directory, including removing stale domain controllers.- Plan and build new Active Directory infrastructure.- Troubleshoot Active Directory replication failures.- Implement and manage Active Directory disaster recovery plans.Windows Operating Systems and Exchange :- Install and configure Windows operating systems.- Install and configure MS Exchange mail servers.- Manage and maintain Office 365 environments.- Perform on-premises modifications on Active Directory and Exchange attributes as needed.Network and System Services :- Manage DNS, DHCP, IIS, Load Balancers, Group Policies, and certificate servers.- Oversee terminal server and license server management.- Handle backup management and antivirus management.Infrastructure and Hardware :- Create and execute plans for OS and hardware upgrades.- Manage and maintain hardware, including logging incidents and tickets with OEMs and following up until resolution.- Conduct server and system security management, including hardening and vulnerability fixes.Cloud Services :- Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure Server and Office 365 end-to-end portals.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within these environments.Team Management :- Lead and manage a team of four members.- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.Experience and Skills :- At least 7 years of experience in Windows, Exchange, Office 365 environments.- Strong understanding of enterprise tools and their management.- Demonstrated ability to handle complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Professional certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), or relevant Azure certifications are a plus.- Proven track record of managing and maintaining enterprise-level IT infrastructure.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
