Job Description :As a Senior/Lead Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing advanced data analytics projects. You will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable insights that drive business strategies and outcomes. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and strategic planning will be crucial in shaping our data-driven initiatives.Key Responsibilities :Project Leadership and Management:- Lead and manage end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirement gathering to delivery.- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.Data Analysis and Interpretation :- Perform advanced data analysis using statistical and machine learning techniques.- Interpret and communicate complex data insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.- Develop and maintain predictive models to support business decision-making.Team Leadership and Development :- Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused environment.- Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify development opportunities for team members.- Promote best practices in data analysis, coding, and documentation within the team.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility.- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.Tool and Technology Utilization :- Utilize advanced analytics tools and technologies to conduct data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI).- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence.- Implement and maintain analytics tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Strategic Planning and Execution :- Develop and execute strategies for leveraging data to achieve business goals.- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within analytics workflows.- Drive the adoption of data-driven decision-making across the organization.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.- 8 to 12 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.- Proven experience in leading and managing analytics projects and teams.- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience with machine learning and statistical modeling techniques.- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).- Certification in data analytics or related fields.- Experience in specific industry verticals relevant to the company's business (ref:hirist.tech)
