Job Description : The ideal candidate for this role would be a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in data and analytics program leadership and technical delivery. They should have a track record of successfully leading large-scale legacy EDW/data platform modernization and migration projects to cloud platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or other data platforms. Here's a detailed breakdown of the qualifications and responsibilities :Experience :- 15+ years of IT experience.- Significant experience in leading data and analytics programs' technical delivery.Legacy EDW/Data Platform Modernization :- Led at least 3 large legacy EDW/data platform modernization and migration projects to Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud platforms in the last 5+ years.Project/Program Lifecycle Management :- Proficient in leading all aspects of the project/program life cycle, including strategy, roadmap, architecture, design, development, and implementation for multi-phase/multi-year engagements and rollouts.Program Planning and Execution :- Proficient in preparing end-to-end program planning/WBS and executing plans effectively.Client Facing and Technical Leadership :- Ability to engage with clients, guide the team technically, and lead technical reviews with the project team.- Drive technical/solution and architecture reviews with client business/IT stakeholders.- Utilization of CitiusTech Accelerators and Assets:- Experience in leveraging CitiusTech accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks for engagements.Risk Management :- Proactively identify technical/solution delivery risks and devise mitigation strategies.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :- Work effectively with technical and business users, platform/product partners, and other stakeholders to design and deliver quality outcomes for data on cloud/platform modernization engagements.Team Leadership :- Experience in leading large teams, up to 50 members. Certifications :- Certified on at least one of the data platforms (Snowflake or Databricks).- Possess at least one hyperscaler/cloud certification.DataOps Experience :- Good to have experience in DataOps, emphasizing efficient and automated approaches to data pipeline development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.- This candidate would bring a wealth of experience, technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex data modernization projects to the role.
