Excellent Communication Skills. NP : Immediate to 45 Days Max. Total Experience : 4-8 Years. Relevant : 3.5+ Years. Location : Pune. Start date : asap (Shift-24-7 Rotational) SF Interface :- Experience in using Compound Employee API(SFAPI) and SF OData API.- Experience in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profile's in inflow (Transfer, Global assignment, Concurrent employment) along with normal profiles.- Experience in SF Inbound interface (towards EP, EC etc.).- Knowledge in SF EC Org structures and experience in handling Org info related interfaces.Responsibilities :API Integration :- Utilize Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SF OData API for seamless integration of SuccessFactors modules.- Ensure robust and secure data exchange between SuccessFactors and other systems.Profile Management :- Handle SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Multiple Employment profiles, including Transfer, Global - Assignment, and Concurrent Employment.- Manage normal employee profiles efficiently.Inbound Interfaces :- Develop and manage SF inbound interfaces towards Employee Profile (EP), Employee Central (EC), and other modules.- Ensure data integrity and consistency across all inbound interfaces.Organizational Structures :- Maintain knowledge of SF EC Organizational structures.- Handle interfaces related to organizational information effectively.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with HR and IT teams to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates.Continuous Improvement :- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and best practices.- Identify opportunities for improving integration processes and implement solutions.Requirements :Experience :- Minimum of 5 years in IT, with relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors integration.- Proven experience in using Compound Employee API (SFAPI) and SF OData API.Technical Skills :- Proficiency in handling SF EC Multiple Employment profiles and normal profiles.- Experience in developing and managing SF inbound interfaces towards EP, EC, etc.- Strong knowledge of SF EC Organizational structures and related interfaces.Soft Skills :- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders, including HR and IT teams.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
