Job Description :Key Responsibilities :Collibra Implementation and Management :- Lead the implementation of Collibra data governance solutions.- Configure and customize Collibra to meet the organization's data governance needs.- Maintain and enhance Collibra workflows, dashboards, and data quality rules.API Integration and Development :- Develop and maintain Java and REST APIs for data integration and management.- Ensure seamless integration of Collibra with other enterprise systems and data sources.- Implement data ingestion and extraction processes using APIs.Data Governance and Quality :- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices.- Collaborate with data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders to ensure data quality and compliance.- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and address data governance issues.Python Scripting and Automation :- Develop Python scripts for data processing, validation, and automation.- Implement automated data quality checks and remediation processes.- Create and maintain documentation for Python scripts and processes.Insurance Domain Expertise :- Apply knowledge of the insurance industry to understand business requirements and data governance needs.- Work closely with business units to align data governance initiatives with business goals.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.Experience :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related role.- Proven experience with Collibra implementation and management.- Strong proficiency in Java API and REST API development.- Experience with Python scripting and automation.- In-depth knowledge of the insurance domain and industry regulations (ref:hirist.tech)
