Job Title : Implementation and Support EngineerLocation : PuneExperience : 2-4 yearsRequirements :- Good Communication- Strong understanding of basic Project Management Concepts- Ability to Understanding Customer requirement- Strong Analytical SkillsJob Description :- Provide Technical and Functional support to customers- Providing a Product demonstration to customer- Product Implementation and Customer Training- Ensures that products/projects delivered to meet customer requirements.- Manages, and maintains all aspects of project-level risks- Expertise in MS Tools for Product Feature/ Functionality documentationKey Responsible Areas (KRA's) :- Understanding of Customer requirements and analyzing the same for providing proper solution.- Project planning and Implementation of Product as per customer processes.- Manage daily meetings and support to customer.- Handle production upgrades/Customization deployment activity.- Web service configuration and installation- SQL database Backup/Restore activity- Managing and tracking the customer issues SLA.Qualifications :- CS/IT Background or 2+ years of experience in Implementation field.Primary Skills :- Knowledge of SQL Databases/ DDL/DML etc.- Customer Support Activities.- Experience any field as a project lead.- Experience in Root Cause Corrective Action process and techniques.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a technical information environment (ref:hirist.tech)
