We have an urgent opening for Network Engineer L2/L3 for our MNC Client at Pune Location.Experience : 6+ Yrs.Location : Chakan and Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. 6 Days working +Rotational shift. Job Description :- Monitoring for any faults (like router outages, link outages, exceeding set thresholds).- Monitoring LAN, WAN traffic.- Performing router, switch, link and modem reconfiguration.- Creating new users (Administrative and Privileged) and managing them.- Configuring thresholds for switch CPU usage, & memory usage.- Performing switch, port, VLAN configurations.- 24X7 monitoring of the Site availability.- Configuring thresholds for router CPU usage, memory usage, bandwidth usage, error % and monitoring the same.- 24X7 monitoring for any faults (like router outages, link outages, exceeding set thresholds).- Logging Ticket and Coordination with the service provider.- Monitoring of Firewall Status.- Creation of users and permitting VPN users access.- Firewall policy Configuration Backups.- Firewall Rule modification.- License expiry monitoring and applying renewal key upon Customer renewing the license.- Incident and Request Fulfillment Management.- Vendor coordination.- Identifying faults such as router or link outages and exceeding set thresholds, ensuring continuous LAN and WAN traffic monitoring. - Performing reconfigurations of routers, switches, links, and modems, as well as setting thresholds for various parameters like CPU and memory usage. - Creating and managing administrative and privileged users, configuring access permissions, and facilitating VPN user access. - Monitoring firewall status, configuring firewall policies, managing rule modifications, and ensuring license renewal and compliance. - Logging tickets, coordinating with service providers and vendors, and overseeing incident and request fulfillment.
