We are looking for a senior AI/ML engineer with expertise in Generative AI, Data science, MLOps and a passion for innovation. Responsibilities include building mature enterprise-ready AI solutions leveraging mix of AI services/platforms, data architecture and layered distributed architecture.We have earned numerous recognitions, such as - CMMI-3 - Stevie awards - Great Place to Work - Top B2B service provider on Clutch - AWS Premier Tier Partnership Status Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field. - Strong 5 years of experience building ML powered services and ML algorithms. - Thorough understanding of MLOps practices for large scale ML solutions. - Experience with GenAI/LLMs based solutions and tools like Langchain, Langsmith, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Haystack. - Proficiency in Python, Pytorch, Tensorflow, R, and Variety of ML algorithms. - Familiarity with AWS ML stack (SageMaker Jumpstart/Canvas, Bedrock) - Excellent communication skills.Responsibilities: - Design complex customized AI solutions involving layered AI services/logic, mature data readiness practice mostly focusing on GenAI and LLMs. - Implement MLOps best practices within all AI/ML solution development projects. - Lead a team of AI engineers and provide technical leadership/mentorship. - Collaborate to translate business needs into AI solutions. - Stay updated on AI advancements and build team/organization capabilities/competencies.
