Position Overview :We are looking for an Oracle Technical Consultant with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, creating Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) extensions, generating OTBI reports, designing BI dashboards, and extracting HCM data. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and providing technical solutions using Oracle technologies.Key Responsibilities :- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development- Design, develop, and implement integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.- Manage and optimize existing OIC integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OIC integrations.- Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) Extensions- Develop custom extensions and applications using Oracle VBCS.- Collaborate with functional teams to enhance and extend Oracle SaaS applications.- Ensure VBCS extensions meet business requirements and integrate smoothly with existing systems.- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Reporting- Create and maintain OTBI reports to support business operations and decision-making.- Customize and optimize reports to meet specific client needs.- Provide training and support to users on how to utilize OTBI reports effectively.- Business Intelligence (BI) Dashboards- Design and develop interactive BI dashboards to visualize key business metrics.- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.- Maintain and update dashboards as business needs evolve.- HCM Extracts- Develop and manage HCM data extracts to meet client requirements.- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HCM data being extracted.- Work closely with the HR team to support their data needs.Qualifications :- Experience and Skills- 1-3 years of experience as an Oracle Technical Consultant.- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development.- Proven experience in creating Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) extensions.- Strong skills in developing OTBI reports and designing BI dashboards.- Experience with HCM data extracts and working with HR systems.- Technical Proficiency- Proficiency in Oracle technologies, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, and BI tools.- Strong understanding of SQL and PL/SQL.- Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud and related modules.Soft Skills :- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications :- Oracle certifications related to OIC, VBCS, and BI tools.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Familiarity with other Oracle Cloud services and applications.
