Description:
Roles & Responsibilities :- Define and design test frameworks and test cases suitable for IoT devices, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, and maintainability.- Formulate effective test architectures based on organizational needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.- Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to Automation Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.- Ensure software quality through continuous and iterative testing approaches, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.- Debug system issues in a Linux environment, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to resolve them.- Work closely with developers to ensure code quality and performance meets requirements, conducting code reviews and providing feedback as needed.- Devise end-to-end automation test strategies for IoT devices, covering functional testing, performance testing, and security testing.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field relevant years of hands-on experience in software automation, with a focus on the embedded domain.- Proficiency in Python or any other programming language commonly used in test automation.- Experience with build and continuous integration systems, such as Jenkins or Travis CI.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to debug complex system issues.
