Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced Information Security Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our IT infrastructure and data by monitoring security events, managing vulnerabilities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will leverage your expertise in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions and security frameworks to identify and address security risks proactively.Responsibilities :- Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools (e.g., HP ArcSight, LogRhythm) to identify potential threats and incidents.- Investigate security incidents, determine root cause, and recommend corrective actions.- Manage vulnerability assessments and patching processes to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner.- Participate in penetration testing and security assessments to identify and address security weaknesses.- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, BSI-ISO9K 20K).- Conduct security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security.- Prepare security reports, dashboards, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of security posture and risks.- Manage and maintain security tools and technologies to ensure optimal performance and effectiveness.- Collaborate with other security teams (e.g., incident response, vulnerability management) to ensure a comprehensive security posture.- Participate in the development and management of security budgets and resources.- Work independently and make sound decisions or escalations regarding security issues with minimal supervision.- Provide on-call support for critical production security incidents.Qualifications :- Minimum 10 years of experience in Information Security, with a focus on Security Operations and Compliance.- Strong understanding of SIEM concepts and hands-on experience with leading SIEM solutions (e.g., HP ArcSight, LogRhythm).- In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (ISO 27001/27002, COBIT) and relevant security compliance regulations.- Proven experience in vulnerability management, incident response, and security event monitoring.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and resolve security incidents.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.- Proficiency in technical writing and documentation creation.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Experience in resource management, project management, and budget management (a plus).Benefits :- Competitive salary and benefits package (Please specify your benefits package here).- Opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment at the forefront of information security.- Contribute to a culture of security awareness and best practices.- Continuous learning and development opportunities to stay current with the latest security threats and technologies.
