Role Overview : We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our team in Gurgaon, Bangalore, or Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with strong expertise in Apex triggers.Key Responsibilities :- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, leveraging Apex triggers to automate processes and enhance functionality.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.- Perform user management tasks, including creating and maintaining user profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.- Design and implement reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide insights and drive decision-making.- Conduct data management activities, such as data cleansing, de-duplication, and data migration.- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features, providing recommendations for system enhancements and best practices.- Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring effective utilization of the platform.Mandatory Skills :- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.- Strong proficiency in Apex triggers is essential.- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required.- In-depth understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience is preferred.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Additional Skills (Preferred) :- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Knowledge of Salesforce Visualforce pages and Apex classes.- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Salesforce Communities.
