Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP ABAP HANA professional at Orbus International located in Bengaluru.Qualifications :- Business Process Analysis, Analytical Skills, and Consulting expertise.- Proficiency in Master Data management.- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP HANA.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Relevant certifications in SAP ABAP HANA.- 1 year relevant experience in HANA.Job Description : - We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP HANA Developer to join our team. - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP ABAP development, specifically with SAP HANA. - They should possess strong business process analysis skills, analytical capabilities, and consulting expertise. - Proficiency in master data management and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential. - The candidate should be capable of working effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities : SAP ABAP Development : - Design, develop, and implement custom SAP ABAP programs and enhancements. - Optimize and improve existing SAP ABAP programs for performance and efficiency. - Develop and maintain SAP HANA artifacts such as views, procedures, and tables. Business Process Analysis : - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation. Master Data Management : - Ensure data integrity and consistency across SAP systems. - Develop and maintain data migration and data integration processes. - Manage and optimize master data structures and processes. Consulting and Collaboration : - Provide expert consulting services to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in project planning, design, and implementation phases. Problem Solving and Communication : - Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Required Skills and Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills : - A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP development. - At least 1 year of relevant experience in SAP HANA. - Proficient in developing SAP HANA artifacts (views, procedures, tables). - Strong understanding of SAP modules and business processes. - Experience with master data management and data migration. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 is a plus. Professional Experience : - Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and consulting. - Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Experience in optimizing SAP ABAP programs for performance. Soft Skills : - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. - Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
