We are building next-gen SaaS platforms for e-commerce and health-tech domains.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a talented individual who combines the technical acumen of a QA Automation expert with the strategic insight of a Business Analyst. his is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of an employee-centric and customer-obsessed organization and be part of a team that is driven, passionate and ambitious. We work on the latest technologies with an immense focus on robust designs and scalable architectures.Responsibilities :- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.- Identify, report, and track software defects and ensure their timely resolution.- Collaborate with developers to understand product changes and verify through automation testing.- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes to enhance test automation.- Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand business needs.- Assist in writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on client requirements.- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clarity and alignment.- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and release plans.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6+ years of relevant experience in QA automation and business analysis.- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile practices.- Experience with tools such as Selenium, JIRA, and other automation and project management tools.- Knowledge of security testing principles and practices.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Experience interacting with clients to gather requirements and provide updates.- Understanding of product lifecycle and user-centric design.- Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
