POSITION PURPOSE :The ServiceNow Architect plays a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions to meet the strategic objectives and operational needs of Dyooti. The incumbent will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and development efforts, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and driving innovation within the ServiceNow platform. The role is required to work with clients to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.Role Description :- Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.- Design and architect solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to address complex business challenges.- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.- Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure the integrity, security, and performance of ServiceNow solutions.- Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the ServiceNow platform to enhance functionality, usability, and user experience.- Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and innovation to drive efficiency and productivity.- Integration and Interoperability: Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.- Evaluate third-party tools and technologies to extend the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform asneeded.- Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and controls to maintain the integrity and compliance of ServiceNow solutions with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards.- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate risks.- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, Clients, Development Teams, and third-party vendors, to drive alignment and achieve project objectives.- Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.- Continuous Learning and Development: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies,and best practices in ServiceNow and related fields.- Actively participate in professional development activities, such as training, certifications, and knowledge sharing, to enhance technical expertise and proficiencyJOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or related fields.- 10+ years of enterprise level application design and architecture experience.- 6-8 years of experience as ServiceNow developer and implementation specialist- Expertise in Architecture diagraming- Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented- Ability to develop high level design documents addressing the business, infrastructure, security, support and operational needs of a solution.- Ability to work under pressure and work on multiple campaigns at the same time- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences (ref:hirist.tech)
