Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - PPM Timesheet ModulesExp level - 3 years and aboveLocation: Remote / Work from HomeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Timesheet modules.- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing the PPM Timesheet modules within the ServiceNow platform.- This includes troubleshooting and fixing bugs, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall performance and reliability of the modules.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow PPM Timesheet modules.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs within the PPM Timesheet modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for enhancements and new features.- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, including coding standards and version control.- Perform testing and validation of new features and bug fixes to ensure high-quality deliverables.- Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a focus on PPM and Timesheet modules.- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), workflows, business rules, and UI policies.- Experience with REST and SOAP web services.- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - PPM certification is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.- Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, HRSD).- Experience with database management and SQL.Personal Attributes:- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong commitment to continuous learning and improvement.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work (ref:hirist.tech)
