Job Title : UX Concept & Research Manager. Job Location : Pune. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced UX Concept & Research Manager to join our innovative team. As the UX Concept & Research Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience strategy by leading conceptualization efforts and overseeing user research initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of user-centered design solutions that align with business objectives and delight our users.Responsibilities : Conceptualization :- Lead ideation sessions to generate innovative UX concepts.- Translate conceptual ideas into tangible design solutions.- Work closely with designers and stakeholders to refine concepts based on feedback and feasibility.User Research :- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and identify user needs and pain points.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user insights into the product development process.Strategic Planning :- Contribute to the development of the overall UX strategy.- Stay updated on trends within the food & beverage and digital industry, emerging technologies, and UX best practices to drive continuous improvement in usability and design thinking.- Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX efforts with business goals.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology).- 6+ years of proven experience in UX research and concept development, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects.- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with fluent English proficiency.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts and research findings to diverse audiences.Key Skills : Tools / Software :- 5+ years hands-on experience on FIGMA Integrations : well versed with different integration with SAP products like Fiori, C4C, Work Zone, Hybris/CCv2, Ariba, SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA - For your understanding (Internal) Figma Figma is a collaborative design platform that enables usability engineers and design teams to create, prototype, and iterate on user interfaces in a cloud-based environment.- It allows multiple team members to work on the same project simultaneously, fostering real-time collaboration.- With features for design, prototyping, and feedback, Figma streamlines the UX/UI design process, making it efficient for usability engineers to create and test designs collaboratively.
