As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a talented Lead Data Scientist to join our team and drive our customer experience strategy.Position Overview :We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to lead our data science efforts focused on enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, ML, and NLP using Python and other data science tools. This role involves leveraging advanced analytics techniques to understand and map customer behaviors, identify and reduce customer experience issues, and develop strategies to improve overall satisfaction and engagement.Key Responsibilities :Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts to execute data-driven projects aimed at improving customer experience.Develop and implement AI, ML, and NLP models to analyze customer interactions, feedback, and behavior.Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform customer experience strategies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.Design and conduct experiments to test the effectiveness of different customer experience initiatives.Build predictive models to forecast customer behaviors and potential issues, enabling proactive solutions.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key customer experience metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and implement best practices for data governance.Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, NLP, and data science tools and methodologies to continually enhance our analytics capabilities.
