Key Responsibilities :- Utilize Python programming skills to perform data analysis and derive actionable insights in the healthcare domain.- Conduct commercial analytics, including market trend analysis, competitor analysis, and pricing optimization, using Python-based tools and techniques.- Perform patient analytics to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in patient data, aiding in healthcare decision-making and patient care improvement initiatives.- Analyze Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Claims data to extract relevant information and insights for healthcare providers and payers.- Develop and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.- Utilize PySpark for large-scale data processing and analysis tasks, optimizing performance and efficiency where applicable.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, healthcare professionals, and IT specialists, to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in healthcare analytics and data science, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.Qualifications :- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on healthcare analytics.- Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and visualization.- Experience in commercial analytics, patient analytics, and EMR/Claims data analysis within the healthcare industry.- Strong skills in SQL for data querying and manipulation.- Familiarity with PySpark for big data processing and analysis is a plus.
