Overview :The Senior Data Scientist - Generative AI, Computer Vision is a crucial role within our organization, responsible for using advanced machine learning and computer vision techniques to develop innovative solutions. The role plays a key part in driving the development of cutting-edge generative AI models for computer vision applications, ultimately contributing to the advancement of our technological capabilities and competitive position in the market.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the research, design, and implementation of generative AI models for computer vision applications.- Apply expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling to develop and optimize algorithms.- Utilize strong programming skills in Python for data analysis, algorithm development, and model deployment.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address complex data challenges and business needs.- Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.- Evaluate model performance, conduct experiments, and provide insights to drive decision-making.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, computer vision, and related fields through continuous learning and research.- Contribute to technical documentation, presentations, and knowledge sharing within the team.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.- Participate in project planning, scoping, and prioritization efforts.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address real-world problem statements with AI solutions.- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to best practices and standards.- Participate in conferences, workshops, and industry events to represent the organization and stay connected with the wider AI community.- Contribute to the development and execution of the AI roadmap and strategy.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's, Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI.- Project experience on computer vision, image classification, generative AI, Forecasting.- Proven expertise in generative AI, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.- Proficiency in programming with Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenCV.- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and experimental design.- Demonstrated ability to research, develop, and implement novel algorithms and solutions.- Experience with large-scale data processing, distributed computing, and cloud platforms.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex, unstructured data.- Effective communication, collaboration, and project management skills.- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members in technical and professional growth.- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends, research, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and computer vision.- Strong publication record, patents, or contributions to the AI and computer vision community.- Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and drive innovation with a forward-thinking mindset.
