We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack .NET Developer with expertise in Angular to lead our development team in building and maintaining high-quality web applications. As a Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in .NET core development, proficiency in Angular, and demonstrated leadership abilities.Responsibilities :Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and robust web applications using the .NET Core and Angular.- Experience of using .NET Core framework.- Web development experience in HTML5, ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular latest version- Good experience in MVC/ Web API/ Web services.- Good experience in Entity framework, SQL server (Writing Complex Queries, Store Proc.) and reporting.- Object Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Solid Design Principle (Mandatory For 4+ Experience).- Familiar with version control/ development tools such as GIT,CI/CD, Subversion, Bitbucket, TFS, Hudson, Bamboo or equivalents.- Agile/ Scrum development on complex aapplications/ products across distributed teams. Use of Jira/ Ace/ Trello (or similar tools) is essential.- Good exposure of client communication (voice & text chat through Skype).- Strong analytical skills.- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and consistency across the team.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, streamline development processes, and implement best-in-class development practices.- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 7 years to 13Years of professional experience in full stack web development with .NET technologies.- Proficiency in .NET programming languages such as C# , .Netcore, MVC, WebAPI- Extensive experience with frontend technologies, particularly Angular2+- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.Nice to have:- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.).
