Job Title - Business Analyst Location - Chennai Company - Infiniti Software Solutions Private Limited JOB DESCRIPTION :We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable insights and recommendations.RESPONSIBILITIES :- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data to uncover insights and drive strategic decision-making.- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development projects.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to track performance and monitor business metrics.- Assist in the development of business cases, ROI analysis, and project plans for proposed initiatives.- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on system functionalities and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS :- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.- 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful conclusions.- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is preferred.- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
