Tech Lead/Manager/Senior Manager Must-Have: - 7+ years' experience as a software developer with expertise in Java programming languages.- Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Spring Boot, MongoDB and Kafka, Java. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor team members effectively. Experience in leading a team of developers is essential for this position.- Proficiency in software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban. Experience in applying these methodologies to project execution is necessary.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome them.- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders and team members.- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and experience with the Spring Boot framework. Experience in designing and building microservices using Spring Boot is highly desirable.- Expertise in RESTful API development and understanding of API design principles. Experience in designing and implementing secure and scalable APIs is necessary for this role.- Understanding of database design and implementation using SQL databases, preferably Oracle. Experience in designing and optimizing database schemas is advantageous.Role & Responsibilities : - Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.- Utilize strong technical expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Git, Jenkins, and other relevant tools and technologies to architect and design scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems.- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high code quality.- Identify technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to overcome them. Proactively address issues and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.- Serve as a subject matter expert on technology trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Stay updated on industry developments and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.- Balance hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, allocating time effectively to contribute to coding tasks while overseeing the overall progress of the project.
