Summary:We are searching for a talented Knowledge Graph (KG) Data Scientist to join our fast-paced, agile data science team. You will play a key role in leveraging our industry-leading healthcare data to generate clinical insights for healthcare providers and life sciences companies. This role offers the excitement and development opportunities that come with working in a growing organization.Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a high-impact team to develop and optimize a healthcare-focused knowledge graph.- Design, implement, and refine all aspects of the KG pipeline, including knowledge storage, representation, data source integration, visualization tools, and clinical prediction models.- Utilize cutting-edge techniques to create robust embeddings and integrate deep learning/machine learning methods within the knowledge graph.- Actively participate in problem-solving discussions by clearly defining challenges and proposing solutions.- Provide timely updates to management and leadership teams.Requirements:- Hold a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a relevant field.Possess 3-5 years of experience working with knowledge graphs, demonstrably as:- An experienced practitioner of machine learning applied to knowledge graphs.- Someone who stays current on advancements in machine learning and the latest trends within the knowledge graph community.- Have strong scripting and programming skills in Python (mandatory) and at least one industry-standard KG query language (e.g., SPARQL).- Demonstrate experience with knowledge graph platforms and graph database management tools (e.g., Neo4j).- Prior knowledge of the healthcare industry (medical and pharmaceutical) is a plus.- Experience building models from scratch and working with both structured and unstructured data is preferred.- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster collaborative partnerships.Additional Skills:- Dedicated team player with a proven ability to collaborate across different functional areas.- Track record of innovation with a vision and entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-growing company.
